Pasadena Therapist for OCD, Anxiety & Trauma
Specialized, private-pay therapy for teens, adults, and couples ready for lasting change — including the anxiety and trauma that show up in dating and relationships — in Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley, and online throughout California.
I help people throughout Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley move past OCD, anxiety, and trauma — including the anxiety, attachment wounds, and relational trauma that often show up in dating and relationships — using evidence-based, body-aware approaches: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Brainspotting for trauma and deeper emotional processing.
I also work with creatives and entertainment professionals navigating high-visibility careers, veterans and military families, and high-functioning adults — including many men — ready to understand themselves more clearly. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to rebuild communication and trust.

How I Help
My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs. I integrate evidence-based and experiential therapies to help you move beyond patterns that keep you stuck.
ERP for OCD and Anxiety
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is one of the most effective treatments for OCD and anxiety. We work together to reduce avoidance and build confidence in facing fears.
Brainspotting for Trauma
Brainspotting helps access and process deeper emotional experiences — including relational and attachment trauma — that may feel stuck, allowing for meaningful healing and change.
Gottman Method for Couples
For couples, I use the Gottman Method to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection.
Therapy with me is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and rooted in curiosity and care. I offer in-person therapy in Pasadena, California, and provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout the state of California.
